O envolvimento de Carlotta sempre foi muito proativo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No in\u00edcio, Carlotta n\u00e3o foi apenas uma l\u00edder inovadora que ajudou a moldar a miss\u00e3o e as a\u00e7\u00f5es do ToSwim, participando dos primeiros grupos focais e ajudando a criar a ess\u00eancia do projeto. Mas ela tamb\u00e9m influenciou positivamente a vis\u00e3o inclusiva da ToSwim e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma comunidade que n\u00e3o inclu\u00eda apenas pessoas com defici\u00eancia semelhante \u00e0 de Carlotta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carlotta tornou-se Embaixadora ToSwim e &#039;madrinha&#039; da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o ToSwim Inclusive, ajudando a aumentar a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o e a arrecadar fundos para as atividades da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ToSwim \u00e9 uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o &#039;benefici\u00e1ria&#039; que visa criar um mundo do desporto que incentive o desenvolvimento e o crescimento dos jovens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atrav\u00e9s da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o, a ToSwim dedica-se a tornar a nata\u00e7\u00e3o acess\u00edvel a pessoas com dificuldades f\u00edsicas, culturais, sociais e econ\u00f3micas, disponibilizando a todos cursos, competi\u00e7\u00f5es e oportunidades de trabalho no mundo da nata\u00e7\u00e3o. Parte do foco na acessibilidade \u00e9 incluir pessoas com defici\u00eancias como autismo, s\u00edndrome de Down ou defici\u00eancias motoras. Gra\u00e7as ao empenho de Carlotta, a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o desenvolveu um projeto paralelo para incluir pessoas com vis\u00e3o reduzida ou sem vis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obrigada Carlotta pelo comprometimento e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o!
